Four of us had breakfast and unfortunately we were a bit disappointed.
I made a reservation online and stated when making the reservation that I have celiac disease and needed gluten-free rolls. This was confirmed to me too.
When I arrived there today, I was told that they only had one gluten-free roll in the house, which they baked for me, and that I should have specified this when making the reservation.
I showed the confirmation email that I had done this. This probably wasn't transmitted... It's a shame, very sad. I don't eat gluten-free just because I want to; I have celiac disease. This is a disease!!
The waitress was nice and helpful. It wasn't her fault, so I at least agreed to make myself a fruit salad. It was also freshly and lovingly prepared.
All in all, it's very disappointing that it didn't work out despite being stated when making the reservation.
Even so, the breakfast isn't that great. For the price we expected something different. You also have to agree on who wants to eat what, there isn't two of everything on the cake stand. Even though it's for two people!
I still know Mövenpick Breakfast where a buffet was offered and that was really great.
For the price we paid together, we ate cheaper and better somewhere else in the West.
The quality itself wasn't such that it was justified.
Ambience was ok.
But the staff was nice and the waitress apologized again when saying goodbye, but as I said, it wasn't her fault.
